We are Recordings Arts Films and Technologies

RAFT (Recordings Arts Films and Technologies) is a collective of creatives whose aim is to curate and incubate other creatives in the Detroit area and worldwide. We offer mentorship programming for youth, creative consultation, and event planning and curation.

What We Do

Our objective is to attract local, regional & non-regional Creatives and retain them and their entrepreneurial capacities which are proven valuable to the local economy.

We also provide end-to-end consulting services for municipalities or businesses with the purpose of developing arts and cultural spaces.

We source the creatives, vendors, research, and business requirements necessary to the complete a multiphase process of activating vacant real estate. The scope of which is to attract business interests, foot traffic, and increased tax bases for the given municipality.

Curation

We curate and educate about local creative talent and creative pathways for people within our cities

Tech X Art

We leverage practices like AR, Projection Mapping, Murals, and Music to engage the public for space activation and events

Programming

We plan and develop ongoing programming to engage and retain visitors and residents in our public spaces programs

Space Activation

We source and manage resources and creative in order to activate spaces in under utilized space
